We partnered with a global pharma company to elevate the employee experience for Aseptic operators in Class A clean rooms. Through behavioral research, UX workshops, and rapid prototyping, we co-created and validated a custom app designed to streamline the batch changeover process.

Over a 12-week period, we worked closely with Aseptic operators to map their daily experiences and identify specific challenges. This in-depth research led to a feasibility study that evaluated the potential of a digital tool in the controlled environment of Class A clean rooms. By co-designing the app through iterative UX workshops, we ensured that operators' insights and feedback were integral to the design process. The result was a user-friendly app, refined through design sprints, that significantly improved the onboarding experience and operational efficiency for new operators.
