Over a 12-week period, we worked closely with Aseptic operators to map their daily experiences and identify specific challenges. This in-depth research led to a feasibility study that evaluated the potential of a digital tool in the controlled environment of Class A clean rooms. By co-designing the app through iterative UX workshops, we ensured that operators' insights and feedback were integral to the design process. The result was a user-friendly app, refined through design sprints, that significantly improved the onboarding experience and operational efficiency for new operators. Our collaborative approach highlights how involving end-users in the design process can create solutions that are both practical and impactful.
